Passive Data Collection 

As a busy professional, I want my fitness app to automatically track as much of my activity data as possible so I can gather valuable insights into my lifestyle habits without having to make dramatic change my routine.

  • Syncronization with common Activity Tracking Devices (Fitbit, NikeFuel, Apple Watch) 
  • Mobile app utilizing onboard hardware to monitor activity, location, two touch data entry
  • Quick and easy push notifications to check in and make sure user is staying on track 

 

Tangible REwards

I know I should live a healthier lifestyle, but just downloading another fitness app is not going to provide the motivation I previously lacked. I would like to see real world rewards for my hard work and know that my employer supports me taking time out of my day to stay healthy.

  • Tangible rewards provided by employer. (fitness classes, healthy food subscriptions, extra PTO, workout or sports gear, gym membership, new clothing for weight loss) 
  • Office workout/stretching breaks to help employees hit their goals during the day

 

Social Accountability

Staying fit is very difficult to do on my own, I would like to have a social profile with "Newsfeed, Groups, Messaging, Blog" so that I can coordinate workout times with friends, discover new activities or meal plans, and help myself and others stay motivated

As a team leader and HR manager, I need to be able to check in on my staff to see if they are achieving their goals, and if not, find ways to motivate them to live healthier.

Training 

I grew up playing sports to stay active and never learned how to properly design a training program, lift weights, perform specific exercises, or create a nutrition plan. As someone with minimal time to exercise, I need a platform that provides pre-built fitness & nutrition plans so I can focus more energy on working out and less time on figuring out what to do.
